COMMISSIONS: OPEN!

This terms of service will be between the artist (Dashy) and the commissioner.
By commissioning the artist for any service, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.I. GENERAL TERMS
When describing your commission, please write in a clear and concise manner and provide clear references. Any ill-advised or rude behavior will not be tolerated. If any of the aforementioned behavior occurs, the commission will be canceled.I cannot draw gore, anthropomorphic animals and excessive NSFW.II.PROCESS
1. Updates
Updates will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for them. Updates will be given if the the artist has a question about the commission, or if the artist decides to make major changes to the commission. Updates will not be given in the event that the commissioner asks for them excessively. The threshold of defining 'excessive' is at the discretion of the artist.
The time for the commission to be completed can be up to 1,2,3 months depending on many factors.

Artist health
Complexity of the commission
Work
School
Family issues
If any of the the things stated above occurs, the commissioner will be notified ASAP.III. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
The commissioner will receive a 2 sketches of the commission before proceeding to finish the commission. Please list all the changes when you have received the sketch of the commission. Please be clear when listing the changes since it will not be revised the second time. When a commission is completed, only minor changes can be made. What is determined as 'small' is at the discretion of the artist.
Any major changes will come with an extra charge, such as:
Character design changes
Background changes
Pose changes
Adding/Subtracting objects and/or characters
Lighting changes
If the commissioner gave a reference that was unclear to start with, you will not be entitled to minor changes without a fee.
Fees for such changes can be up to 20%-50% of the original commission price at the discretion of the artist.IV. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
1. Non-profit commissions
Do not distribute for profit or to benefit non-profit organizations/entities. Alterations are allowed by the commissioner but not to gain profit for individual use. Commissioned products are for personal use. Only the commissioner may use the commission and grant permission to others to use the commission.
The commissioner automatically allows the artist permission to use. Removing any watermarks/signatures will be considered copyright infringement. The artist retains rights to the artwork they produce. The artist is free to post the commission to a portfolio, print it for distribution and sales, and use it in self-promotion. When using, the artist will not misrepresent the original designs or the intent of the commissioner.2. Commercial commissions
Distribution for profit or to benefit non-profit organizations/entities are granted. The commissioner may use the commission and grant permission to others to use the commission. The commissioner must give credit to the artist when in use. The artist will not have the right to re-sell the commission for another commercial business.
The artist retains rights to the artwork they produce. The commissioner automatically allows the artist permission to use. The artist free to post commission to a portfolio, print it for distribution and sales, and use it in self-promotion. When using, the artist will not misrepresent the original designs or the intent of the commissioner.
A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will be double of the original price.V. PAYMENT
All payments are in USD (United States Dollar). Payments can be made with PAYPAL ONLY. Any other currency and/or payment method will not be accepted.VI. CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY
If an invoice has not been sent by the artist to the commissioner promptly, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission. The artist has the right to cancel and refund commissions at any time necessary. The commissioner cannot demand refunds from the artist under any circumstances after the payments are received. If a charge-back is charged against the artist by a commissioner, the rights of the commission will be retracted from the commissioner and given to the artist. The artists holds the right to file a complaint if necessary. The artist retains the right to all transactions received from the commissioner.Any statement is subject to change with the artist prior to starting a commission.
